7 Days Refund Policy
Helpr Healthcare provides Full Refund Including Shipping Fee if the issue is from Helpr Healthcare's side, and customer returns to us within 7 days. Such as:
- Package is damaged
- Wrong parcel received
- Product is not as description or pictures
- If its established the issue is from the company side, a full refund will be given to the payment method.
- Must show proof with picture and Video
- Must send product back to us for further analysis.

If accepted, repack the Product in original packing with all original documents, accessories and attach a page giving your name, order id, explaining the issue, and your bank account details. Product will be sent back to you, if it's damage or non-resealable.
